Talent Strategies provides resources and programs to member companies in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, employment, health, HR, safety, and talent attraction and retention. The NKY Chamber is committed to investing in equitable and inclusive practices throughout the organization and the community to ensure we are serving every person who walks through the NKY Chamber door.



Workforce Safety Discussions and Tours

Designed for safety and HR professionals, these programs bring industry experts together to discuss employer best practices for a wide variety of safety topics.

Talent Strategies Symposium

The Talent Strategies Symposium brings business leaders together to share best practices and talent resources to help employers tackle workforce challenges. SHRM-Credit approved.

HR 100

HR 100 programs provide human resource professionals and small business owners with timely programming centered on talent recruitment and retention issues. SHRM-Credit approved.

HR Trifecta – Strategic Leaders Conference

The NKY Chamber and NKY SHRM partner to present timely, strategic business presentations that have been approved by HRCI for continuing education credit.



Fifth Third bank
Investing in Equity: Building an Inclusive Business Community

Launched in 2022 and hosted in partnership with St. Elizabeth Healthcare and powered by Fifth Third Bank, this half-day event attracts a wide range of professionals for discussions around diversity, equity, inclusion and advancement in the Northern Kentucky Metro business community.

DEI Summit Series

The DEI Summit Series explores “how” to integrate DEI work into the workplace as we all continue to push DEI initiatives into standard practice and make the region more inclusive for everyone. These strategy sessions are meant to generate ideas and questions to be discussed through strategic guidance so that we can create measurable outcomes to work toward.

Global Experience Night

As a community, we need a variety of activities that allow us to bond together and are geared toward those who want to learn about new places, events and people in our region.

Northern Kentucky Small Business Grants for Minority-, Women- and Veteran-Owned Businesses

Made possible through a partnership between the NKY Chamber, Duke Energy Foundation and Blue North, minority-, women- and veteran-owned businesses located in Northern Kentucky can apply for grants in $1K-$10K increments for a variety of business expenses. Deadline: Oct. 1.

Designed to aid in talent recruiting, Living in Northern Kentucky provides employers and people considering moving to the area with a central source of information that shares our region’s assets. Learn more.

Livability Northern Kentucky Magazine

Livability Northern Kentucky Magazine is a publication that can be leveraged and shared as members work to attract and retain world-class talent for their companies. The magazine, published in print and digital formats annually, shines a spotlight on the friendly faces, cool places, and open green spaces that make the NKY Metro region a great place to work and live. Talent Strategies Spotlight Podcast

The Talent Strategies Spotlight features experts from the NKY Metro region discussing tactics, resources and more to bolster talent attraction and retention as well as diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
