Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) is a program of the NKY Chamber that strives to create opportunities for young professionals (YPs) in the region to connect with peers, enhance their professional development, and impact the community through diversity and inclusion.

NKYP is part of the NKY Chamber’s focus on talent attraction & retention, and key talent strategy to support regional goals to ensure the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati metro region has the YP talent needed to grow and compete at a national level.

Designed specifically for young professionals aged 40 and under, the NKYP Event Pass simplifies access to nearly every NKY Chamber event. Extensive Event Offerings: Admission to nearly every NKY Chamber event, spanning across all departments and programs.

Cocktails and Conversations

A free, lively and casual networking event for young professionals to connect with their peers and share resources. This ongoing event is hosted monthly at various businesses around the region.

Lunchtime Leader Chats

Held twice a year, this series allows young professionals to participate in meaningful discussions with influential leaders from across the region and gain insights into their career journeys while networking with peers.

NKYP Bourbon and Boards

This networking event is for young professionals interested in getting involved with local nonprofits on a deeper level. Attendees connect directly with nonprofit representatives about available leadership positions, responsibilities, and board service.

Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLA)

This celebration salutes and applauds young professionals under 40 for significant professional accomplishments, demonstrated leadership, and community impact. With a legacy spanning over a decade, the NGLAs spotlight and celebrate the talented young leaders and the continued impact that former NGLA Finalists and Award recipients are making throughout the region!
