NKY Chamber Board of Directors Nomination Form
The Mission of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is to promote and support the development of strong businesses and a vibrant economy in Northern Kentucky and its surrounding region, through leadership and advocacy, resulting in a better quality of life for all.
This form is for NKY Chamber members who are interested in being nominated to serve on the Board of Directors or would like to nominate another NKY Chamber member to serve on the Board of Directors.
Nominations will be accepted Tuesday, January 2, 2024 - Friday, February 2, 2024.

One-year and three-year terms will be filled
The members of the Board of Directors are the elected representatives of the NKY Chamber's general membership and have ultimate responsibility for all NKY Chamber operations. In this capacity, Board members shall formulate and review various policies, proposed actions, programs, and projects that serve the best interests of the NKY Chamber and its members and shall study and review the budgetary and financial needs of the NKY Chamber.
Individual Board Members shall serve on at least one committee of the NKY Chamber and attend at least 60% of the regular meetings of the Board during the NKY Chamber’s fiscal year. Board Members shall take an active role in recruiting new members to the NKY Chamber and shall attend as many events and functions of the NKY Chamber as possible.
