Having an ample supply of housing is fundamental for Northern Kentucky to meet our basic economic needs and enable regional growth. That’s why the NKY Chamber is proud to advocate for income-aligned housing across the region.

The Northern Kentucky Housing Blueprint - a strategic framework designed to expand housing options for residents at every stage of life, from first-time buyers to retirees.

Building on the momentum of the Home For All report, the Blueprint prioritizes four key focus areas we will champion through leadership and advocacy:

• Establishing a Regional Housing Fund

• Exploring Employer-Assisted Housing Pilots

• Expanding Missing Middle Housing

• Growing the Residential Construction Workforce

These efforts reflect our belief that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the region’s housing challenges. But with the right tools, partnerships, and investments, we can ensure Northern Kentucky remains a place where families, workers, and seniors can all find a home that fits their needs.

This is just the beginning. Together with regional partners like NKADD, Brighton Center, and local governments, we’re working toward comprehensive, actionable housing solutions that support our communities and strengthen our economy.
