NKYP is a program of the NKY Chamber of Commerce that provides young professionals opportunities to engage, connect and grow as we strive to enhance the quality of life and economic well-being in Northern Kentucky.
NKYP is focused on:
• Expanding professional and social networks for young professionals
• Connecting young professionals with quality programming and events to support growth & development
• Engaging young professionals in the community with a goal to make a difference in their companies and the region
Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLA)
The Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs) Celebration is hosted by Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) to salute and applaud YPs under the age of 40 for significant professional accomplishments, demonstrated leadership, and community impact. For over 10 years, the NGLAs have celebrated talented young leaders and the continued impact that former NGLA Finalists and Award recipients are making throughout the region!

The NKYP Passport is an all-access pass available to young professionals that offers a one-time flat fee to attend all NKYP hosted events, select NKY Chamber events, opportunities to serve on NKYP planning committees, and discounts and exclusive invites. This is a great option for young professionals that only want to make one ask of their employer to cover networking expenses and support their growth as a YP.
