Provide case management services to currently enrolled adult education students in a 5-county region with the goal of helping them to finish their GED, transition to college and/or move into the workforce.

- Actively works with students while they are enrolled in the adult education program to develop educational and work goals that are consistent with KY Skills U program benchmarks. Must meet with students at least monthly.
- Collaborates and communicates regularly with county program faculty/staff to ensure that services are aligned with individual goals.
- Advocates and promotes adult education services within our 5-county region which includes partnerships with the KY Career Center, NKADD and all other appropriate WIOA partners.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field

Must have proficient computer skills in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
