Synergy Holistic Health Center in Florence, KY is hiring an office coordinator. Our holistic health care center has been successful in providing acupuncture and holistic health for 12 years. We are looking for just the right person to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
Our office coordinator position includes part time front desk, insurance and bookkeeping. Experience in marketing, office management, community outreach, grant writing, and social media is a plus.
The main components of the job include interacting with our patients in a friendly, competent and caring way, accurate data entry, bookkeeping tasks, traditional front desk and office duties, including basic insurance billing and follow through.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer expertise (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)
• Organizational skills
• Interested in/familiar with holistic health
• Social media skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Maintain confidentiality
• Proven ability to maintain long term employment
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a front desk or customer service position
This job is 30 - 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, early evening hours as needed.
