CPWM Investments Servicing Licensed Customer Service Analyst will provide world class client service with key focus on client satisfaction and deepening relationships for brokerage clients. The Investment Service Licensed Customer Service Analyst will also respond to customer inquiries and effectively use skills to service brokerage (limited) needs. This person will develop a strong working knowledge of internal policies and procedures as applicable to perform job duties and navigate computer systems. In addition, strong problem solving skills and decision making skills will be used to resolve concerns, provide full brokerage account servicing, and support trading with expertise. The Investment Analyst will work with limited supervision and set high standards for self, achieve performance objectives by creating a clear path toward ethical and sustainable results and live Citi’s values to ensure systemically responsible outcomes while achieving performance targets. - Respond to inbound phone inquiries regarding specific brokerage related questions and concerns
- Utilize strong problem solving skills and effective decision making to resolve inquiries
- Develop relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
