· Accuracy in our ticketing system by reviewing/closing/reassign tickets in CRM software.
· Support to Client Service & Sales Department
· Design and develop forms for internal and external use
· Maintain and update the schedule for NetAdmin and vCIO duties (including setting up ticket templates and scheduling them as needed)
· Prepare and set up reports to send monthly: i.e. project profitability, block time, etc.
· Review, develop, and recommend improvements to office procedures, systems, and documentation.
· Cross trained to provide assistance to other administrative departments as needed
