We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming phone calls for company and ensure that they are routed properly
  • Update database with correct customer information
  • Assist with company mailings including mass marketing mailings and company related documentation mailings
  • Work with all company departments on special projects
  • Provide backup for facilities when necessary
  • Qualifications:
  • Ability to work from 9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m, Monday - Friday
  • Experience answering incoming customer calls. (Document management software experience is a plus)
  • Very "customer-focused" attitude, strong communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to catch on to new processes at a rapid pace
  • Organized, deadline driven
  • Proactive, "can do", team player attitude
  • Solid MS Office skills -Word, Excel and Outlook
