We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming phone calls for company and ensure that they are routed properly
- Update database with correct customer information
- Assist with company mailings including mass marketing mailings and company related documentation mailings
- Work with all company departments on special projects
- Provide backup for facilities when necessary
- Qualifications:
- Ability to work from 9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m, Monday - Friday
- Experience answering incoming customer calls. (Document management software experience is a plus)
- Very "customer-focused" attitude, strong communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to catch on to new processes at a rapid pace
- Organized, deadline driven
- Proactive, "can do", team player attitude
- Solid MS Office skills -Word, Excel and Outlook
