Process online billings using various portals (Ariba etc.)
Email invoices to customers
Assist in Canadian collections within BPCS
Assist in obtaining tax exemption certificates using Getpaid
Support Credit Manager as needed
Sales Admin Functions:
Review release RMA’s
Updating AQL. Unit sales follow up via sales managers and/or reps
Scanning and indexing orders
Entering customer discounts
Giving to reps (or handling directly) customer information from website registration and/or sorting and distributing show leads when needed.
Complete documentation requirements for Sweco Segment (i.e. certification docs, data book assist, product audits, reference lists, 3A, USDA, FDA documentation.
