The NKY Chamber started the Women’s Initiative in 2008 and it continues to be the fastest growing area of the Chamber. The NKY Chamber Women’s Initiative is committed to helping area employers meet the rising professional development goals for their employees.
The Women’s Initiative, sponsored by PNC, is the leading organization for women of all career stages working toward business and professional success. It was created to inspire area businesswomen in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati to connect, grow and achieve.

The region's premier conference for professional women in the Tri-state area. This unique event is designed for women of all career stages encouraging them to Connect, Grow and Achieve.
ACHIEVE success in business
Peer to Peer Roundtable Group of 8-10 women from different industries and career status meet once a month to support each other in a productive, confidential setting. Cost is one time $25 application fee and annual fee of $50.
