How to Create an eCoupon
• Sign In to your Chamber account and enter your username and password. *If you have forgotten this information or don’t have it, please send us an email at info@nkychamber.com.
• On the right side in the red box, select Add or Edit ECoupon.
• This will bring up the Coupon Admin screen. Select the New Coupon button and follow the questions listed on the page.
• Complete the contact information at the button and select Save.
• Once the Save button is selected, an email is then sent to the Chamber Web Administrator for review and approval.
• The Chamber Web Administrator will reviewed the coupon for content and website URL accuracy before approving the coupon which will then appear in your Business Directory Listing and on the Coupon Page. Coupons are typically approved within 8 to 12 business hours of the received request.
How to Update Coupon Offers:
• Login to your profile and select Add or Edit ECoupon. This will display all of the coupons you have created.
• Follow the form to change your offer, expiration date or description accordingly.
• Select the Save button. An email is then sent to the Chamber Web Administrator for review and approval.
• Once it has been reviewed for content and website URL accuracy, the Chamber Web Administrator will approve the coupon which will then appear in your Business Directory Listing and on the Coupon Page. Coupons are typically approved within 8 to 12 business hours of the received request.
