Donald W. Mallory is an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP admitted to practice in Kentucky and Ohio. Don's practice focuses on all corporate matters including insolvency; debtors' and creditors' rights; bankruptcy reorganizations; out-of-court workouts; and financial and organizational corporate restructurings. He has significant experience representing debtors, secured lenders, trustees, and unsecured creditors in proceedings under Chapters 7 and 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and in insolvency-related litigation.

His experience also includes representing purchasers and sellers of assets of Chapter 11 debtors; negotiating debtor-in-possession financing facilities; and drafting reorganization plans and disclosure statements. Don also has appeared and argued extensively in federal courts throughout the United States on a wide range of bankruptcy issues, including appellate litigation.
