Business>Women’s Initiative Inspiring women to connect . . . grow . . . achieve!

The Chamber’s Women’s Initiative offers a continuum of growth for women of all ages and stages of their careers. Through the Women’s Initiative the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce offers four programs focused on professional growth: Business Women Connect, Business Women Grow, Business Women Achieve and Business Women Online.

Business Women Connect
Attend and network with dynamic women during Happy Hour. Feel free to invite friends and coworkers to mix and mingle while enjoying happy hour drinks and appetizers.  This casual gathering is open to all area professional women; members and non-members.  Free to attend. No RSVP required. Half price appetizers and select bottles of wine.

Business Women Grow
Through this program mid-level women professionals or women re-entering the workforce can receive one-on-one formal mentoring with a current or former senior executive. The goal of this program is to hand match selected women with a mentor that will assist them to further foster their professional growth. This unique opportunity is offered exclusively to women; however, mentors may be male or female.  For more information and to apply.

Business Women Achieve
Join a circle of peers to foster professional and personal development. This structured program enables members to draw on the experience and successes of their peers. Each confidential forum of similar level professionals, from non-competing businesses, regularly meet to share and provide counsel on the challenges and opportunities facing today's businesses. The Roundtables serve as informal boards of advisors to their membership. For more information and to apply.

Business Women Online
This online directory can be used for locating other area women’s groups and organizations that inspire women to connect, grow and achieve. The portal provides a list and description of the applicable organizations along with a link for more infomation. To view the Business Women Online Directory.
