Leadership Northern Kentucky

Leadership Northern Kentucky experience is a valuable and powerful program, helping individuals develop the leadership skills and knowledge of regional issues.

Mission
Provide the foundation for a lifelong commitment to leadership by creating awareness of key issues that affect the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati region and to challenge emerging as well as existing community leaders to bring positive changes in the community through informed leadership.

Participants
Approximately 40 individuals annually participate in the nine-month long program representing a cross section of the community, including business, government, education, media, non-profit agencies, health services and community organizations.

Requirements
The commitment is 12 full days over nine months. Participants must have the full support of the corporation or organization they represent. Attendance at the Overnight Retreat is mandatory, and attendance at each session is expected. Participants may not miss more than two sessions. Those who fail to fulfill the attendance requirements will not graduate. 

Tuition
Tuition is $2,000 per person for Northern Kentucky Chamber members ($2,300 for Future Chamber Members). A limited number of partial scholarships are available.
