The Small Business “SUCCESS” Awards was formed in 1996 to recognize Northern Kentucky small businesses that have demonstrated growth, financial stability, resourcefulness and creativity to excel in their chosen industries. Six categories are honored: Construction Trades, Manufacturing / Distribution, Retail & Hospitality, Service, Professional Service and Not-for-Profit.

To qualify, your organization must have completed three or more full years of operation, be locally owned and operated, generate less than $10 million in sales for the Construction Trades or Manufacturing / Distribution categories or $5 million for all other categories, and have fewer than 100 employees. The award is open to ALL Chamber Members and/or businesses in Boone, Kenton or Campbell counties.

The prestigious award is presented at the annual Small Business “SUCCESS” Award Luncheon, which is attended by nearly 400 of the region’s movers and shakers. “SUCCESS” Award winners are also nominated for the Kentucky Small Business Person of the Year Award and the
