The Northern Kentucky Leadership Foundation is a nonprofit, member-oriented resource dedicated to developing a diverse group of leaders who serve as catalysts for a stronger community. Today the mission is being carried out through a broad spectrum of programs and events specifically designed to inspire and challenge people at all levels of leadership development.
The Northern Kentucky Leadership Foundation is able to offer exceptional skills development and unparalleled exposure to the people, places and ideas that make our community a great place to live and work. Program graduates have the opportunity to become members of an organization that extends and deepens their experience, enhances their network and keeps them connected to community issues through a wide variety of professional and social opportunities.
