The Leadership Northern Kentucky Alumni 30th Anniversary Celebration committee is pleased to recognize leadership graduates who have made significant and notable contributions for the bettermnet of the Northern Kentucky community.

The five recipients who are chosen to receive the Leaders of Distinction award will be recognized in the following spotlights:

  • One each month beginning May, 2009 - September, 2009 in the Community Recorder.
  • Featured in the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Business Journal.
  • Recognized during the Leadership Northern Kentucky 30th Anniversary Celebration Sat. Sept. 12.
  • Formally inducted at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner Tues. Sept. 29.

Eligibility
Nominees must be a graduate of the Leadership Northern Kentucky program.

Judging Criteria

  • Achievement: accomplishment of desired results.
  • Impact: notable positive changes observed.
  • Recognized a need: acted upon it, making a positive impact.
  • Meeting the challenges: visionary skills displayed, perseverance, focused commitment to project completion and the spirit of volunteerism exhibited.

Nomination Procedures

  • Nomination form must be filled out completely and legibly (please print or type)
  • Description of the nominee's accomplishments on two pages or less, double spaced, using 12-point font.
  • Additional supporting letters (maximum: 3 pages) are encouraged. Please Note: Submitted information will not be returned.
