College Connect is a network of post-secondary institutions representing the Greater Cincinnati region, including partners throughout Kentucky , Ohio and Indiana. The network currently represents 20 colleges and universities and communicates to over 300 individuals. The goal of College Connect is to communicate career opportunities within the region and provide resources that connect participating colleges and universities to the workforce needs of area employers.

MISSION
*Serve as regional clearinghouse for connecting post-secondary programs, needs, and goals the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati business community

*Build awareness among post-secondary students and recent graduates on job opportunities in Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati

Align higher education activities with regional economic development goals

INITIATIVES
Below are initiatives and resources offered through College Connect:

Corporate Connection
A networking event which focuses on making the connection between businesses and academia so they can build mutually beneficial partnerships.

Employer Site-Based College Fairs
College Connect will work with partner institutions to set up on-site college fairs with employers throughout the region to create awareness of post-secondary opportunities among non-traditional students.

Growing Local Talent Series
Quarterly programs held at selected employer sites to provide valuable information to postsecondary representatives on topics including regional employment data and current/future workforce needs.

Intern Connect
A web platform and internship recruitment campaign which connects employers with talented college and university students through internships. At www.jobs-nky.com, employers can post to find talented student interns and potentially future employees, and students can find internships to gain professional experience and exposure with employers.

Talent Crunch
A strategy to reach and engage college students and recent college graduates and influence their perception of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky.  The project will help students gain a better understanding of the community surrounding their campuses, while educating them on exciting and new economy job opportunities in the region.
