Established in 1989, B.E.S.T. (Business Education Success Teams), is a program connecting the business community to schools throughout Northern Kentucky by improving communication and understanding among business and education by facilitating the sharing of resources and expertise.

With nearly 100 B.E.S.T. partnerships matched across the region, partnerships implement a wide vareity of initiatives.  The Chamber encourages schools and businesses to focus on achieving a Gold Standard level of partnership.

Gold Standard partners include those that:

1) Supply Measurable Results/Outcomes and Impact Student Achievement

2) Demonstrate Implementation of High Impact Initiatives

High Impact Initiatives include, but are not limited to:
Service Learning, Work Ethic, Junior Achievement, Focus on STEM, One to One Reading, One to One Math, Success by 6, etc…

3) Provide Equal Benefits to School and Business

4) Display Identifiable Community Impact
