Nomination Form
To qualify for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce "SUCCESS" Awards,
the nominated business must have completed three or more full years of
operation, generate less than $5 million in sales, and have fewer than 100
employees.
Businesses in the categories of Retail & Hospitality,
Service, Professional Service and Non-Profit, sales must
be less than $5 million. Businesses in the categories of
Construction Trades and Manufacturing/Distribution sales
must be less than $10 million.
This award is open to members of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
and/or small businesses headquartered in Boone, Kenton or Campbell Counties.*
The awards honor Northern Kentucky’s best and brightest small businesses!

The Northern Kentucky Chamber's Nine Hole Chamber Challenge is really one of the most bang for your buck events I attend the entire year. The time and financial commitment are both much less than a typical all-day golf outing and you still get all the benefits of networking with your peers in a relaxing and spirited atmosphere.
