Business Women Grow
Through this program mid-level women professionals or women re-entering the workforce can receive one-on-one formal mentoring with a current or former senior executive. The goal of this program is to hand match selected women with a mentor that will assist them to further foster their professional growth. This unique opportunity is offered exclusively to women; however, mentors may be male or female.

Mission Statement

The Northern Kentucky Women’s Initiative Business Women Grow mentoring program is committed to supporting women at higher levels in an organization by connecting them with community leaders. The program is focused on helping the mentee achieve higher levels of performance through creative and strategic methods that are always focused on achieving the mentees goals.

Target Women

This program is not intended for entry level women. The primary focus is on mid-level women professional and women re-entering the job market.

Program Duration

Requires a one year commitment by both parties

Mentor Position Description

Provides technical advising, ethical guidance, advocating, role modeling, coaching and personal advising to the mentee. Mentors are asked to commit to a minimum of one meeting with the mentee monthly.
